Umani Ronchi Le Busche Marche IGT Chardonnay komt uit de Marche, in de Verdicchio heuvels, en is gemaakt van 100% Chardonnay. De wijngaard, aangeplant in de vroege jaren ’70 op ongeveer 300 m hoogte met een oostelijke ligging, staat op diepe, klei leemachtige bodems met beperkte vruchtbaarheid, ideale omstandigheden voor geconcentreerde, karaktervolle witte wijnen met een duidelijke mineraliteit. In het glas toont Le Busche een heldere, licht goudgele kleur. De neus opent zuiver en mineraal, met tonen van rijp wit steenfruit, citrus en subtiele boterachtige accenten die typisch zijn voor houtopvoeding. In de mond is de wijn stevig van structuur maar fris van zuurgraad: geconcentreerd fruit, een aangename textuur en een droge, minerale afdronk die de terroir signatuur benadrukt. De vinificatie combineert precisie en houtrijping: na zachte persing vindt de alcoholische gisting plaats in grote houten vaten gedurende ongeveer 10–15 dagen, waarbij 40% van de cuvée malolactische omzetting ondergaat. De wijn rijpt vervolgens ongeveer 6 maanden met regelmatige bâtonnage op de fijne droesem in eiken vaten, waarna hij nog minstens 6 maanden op fles. Serveer op 10–12°C. Heerlijk bij gegrilde of gebakken vis, romige schaal en schelpdieren, gevogelte met lichte sauzen en zachte kazen ook uitstekend bij verfijnde vegetarische gerechten die baat hebben bij een rijke, maar frisse witte wijn.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
