These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries made by GIN & WINE STORE BV through its webshop and other sales channels.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
All offers are subject to stock availability.
GIN & WINE STORE BV takes the utmost care in the description and presentation of its products. Obvious errors, printing mistakes or typographical errors are not binding.
If a product ordered is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Any payments already made will be refunded.
An agreement is concluded once the order has been received and confirmed by GIN & WINE STORE BV.
GIN & WINE STORE BV reserves the right to refuse an order in whole or in part, for example in the event of incorrect information, suspected misuse or product unavailability.
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
Any shipping charges will be displayed separately during checkout.
GIN & WINE STORE BV reserves the right to change prices. Orders already placed will always be charged at the price applicable at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods offered in the webshop.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
GIN & WINE STORE BV reserves the right to suspend or cancel deliveries in the event of non-payment.
Orders are processed and shipped while stocks last.
Delivery times are indicative only and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
GIN & WINE STORE BV cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control.
Free delivery for Belgium and the Netherlands applies to the order subtotal after discounts and excluding shipping costs.
Current shipping rates are always displayed during checkout.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned goods or valid proof of shipment, GIN & WINE STORE BV will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Forgotten discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
GIN & WINE STORE BV shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from proven negligence on its part.
Liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the relevant order.
GIN & WINE STORE BV shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, loss of profit or damages caused by third parties.

Complaints will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.
All agreements between GIN & WINE STORE BV and the customer shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district in which GIN & WINE STORE BV is established, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
