La Dula is een hooggelegen Garnacha uit oude percelen van Rivas de Tereso, geplant op steile flanken rond 700 meter hoogte. De wijngaarden staan op heterogene, mergel bodems met kalk en klei en grind, en profiteren van een Atlantisch getinte invloed: veel zonuren, koele nachten en een frisse, bergachtige signatuur. Deze wijn is pittig en bijzonder floraal van karakter en werd door Tim Atkins uitgeroepen tot “stand out wine 2020”. In het glas toont La Dula zich helder met een elegante kersenrode tint. De neus is bloemig en fris, wilde bloemen en rozen naast rijp rood fruit, met mediterrane kruiden en subtiele minerale tonen. In de mond is de wijn scherp en levendig: een verrassende zuurgraad die perfect in balans staat met zachte, ronde tannines, een geconcentreerde fruitkern en een pure frisheid die je meteen naar de voet van de berg voert. De vinificatie is terughoudend en terroirgericht: langzame, spontane gisting in kleine foudres bij lage temperatuur, gevolgd door rijping in 300 liter amforen zodat de Garnacha kan ademen en rond worden. De wijn wordt ongefilterd en ongeklaard gebotteld de beperkte productie (circa 3.600 flessen) onderstreept de ambachtelijke aanpak. Serveer La Dula licht gekoeld rond 14–16 °C. Perfect bij gegrild rood en wit vlees, lamsgerechten met mediterrane kruiden, paddenstoelenrisotto en geroosterde groenten. Deze wijn pas het beste bij gerechten waarin de minerale frisheid en florale tonen tot hun recht komen.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
