Smaak en karakter
Een Riesling met ruggengraat en karakter, afkomstig van een van de meest iconische Riesling-lagen van Oostenrijk: Ried Pfaffenberg. Deze steile, granietrijke hellingen boven Stein an der Donau leveren druiven met intense aromatische expressie en mineraliteit, dankzij meer dan 50 jaar oude stokken. De druiven worden als allerlaatste met de hand geoogst, na een lange rijping op de ranken. De vinificatie is klassiek en doordacht: 12 uur schilweking, 10 weken fermentatie in inox gevolgt door rijping op fijne lies. In het glas schittert hij helder goudgeel met zilveren reflecties. De geur is tropisch-fruitig: denk aan gekonfijte ananas, abrikoos en gele perzik, met een vleugje mandarijn zeste. In de mond is hij rijk en sappig met een levendige zuren. De afdronk is lang, elegant en met een mooie zinderende mineraliteit.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
