Rivera Rose Castel del Monte DOC 2025 — rosé
Smaak en karakter
Deze Rosé is een van de meest karakteristieke wijnen van de Castel del Monte appellatie, gevormd door de unieke Bombino Nero druif die uitsluitend in dit deel van Puglia wordt verbouwd. Deze variëteit is minder geschikt voor stevige rode wijnen, maar juist perfect voor het creëren van een frisse, fruitige en bijzonder elegante rosé. Al generaties lang is deze wijn een bron van trots voor Rivera. In het glas toont de wijn een lichte kersenkleur met paarse schitteringen. Het bouquet is rijk aan fruit, met uitgesproken aroma’s van kers en aardbei die meteen uitnodigen tot proeven. In de mond is de rosé knisperend, verfrissend en vol fruit, waarbij elegantie en een aangename, levendige zuurtegraad elkaar in balans houden. Serveer deze Rosé op 10–12°C als aperitief of in combinatie met zeevruchten, lichte soepen en pastagerechten, gebakken vis, gevogelte of kalfsvlees. Zijn frisse structuur en uitgesproken fruitigheid maken hem uiterst veelzijdig aan tafel.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
