Mérula Brut de Bruges Prestige is een verfijnde Belgische (BelBul) mousserende kwaliteitswijn uit Oostkamp, gemaakt van 100% Johanniter. De wijngaarden met een noord-zuidoriëntatie leveren rijpe, geconcentreerde druiven het koele microklimaat geeft de cuvée een uitgesproken frisse en precieze signatuur. In het glas schittert de wijn in een helder, licht goudkleurige gloed met een fijne, aanhoudende pareling. De neus opent met groene appel, citruszeste en witte bloemen, aangevuld met subtiele brioche tonen die wijzen op langdurige sur lie rijping. In de mond is de Brut strak en energiek, met een levendige zuurgraad, minerale spanning en een elegante, droge afdronk dankzij de extra brut dosage. De vinificatie start met volle tros persing en een eerste gisting in roestvrij staal voor maximale frisheid. De cuvée rijpte minimaal 36 maanden sur lattes en onderging cross flow filtering de combinatie van inox vinificatie en lange rijping zorgt voor zowel zuiverheid als verfijnde complexiteit. Serveer op 12–14°C. Deze Prestige past uitstekend als aperitief en bij verfijnde zeevruchten, oesters, ceviche en lichte visbereidingen ook een elegante match bij romige voorgerechten en feestelijke hapjes. Een ideale keuze voor liefhebbers van droge, gastronomische Belgische bubbels en voor wie zoekt naar een verfijnde feestwijn.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
