De Pinot Gris Clos des Capucins vindt zijn oorsprong in de historische Clos des Capucins, een ommuurde wijngaard van vijf hectare aan de voet van de Schlossberg. Dit uitzonderlijke terroir, waarvan de geschiedenis teruggaat tot het jaar 890, wordt gekenmerkt door zand- en leembodems met granietrijke kiezelstenen die zorgen voor een vroege en optimale rijping van de druiven. Hier creëert Domaine Weinbach wijnen waarin rijkdom, elegantie en terroirexpressie harmonieus samenkomen. De wijn presenteert zich met een verfijnde aromatische intensiteit waarin rijp wit fruit, subtiele florale toetsen en een minerale ondertoon elkaar aanvullen. In de mond combineert hij volume en rondheid met de kenmerkende frisheid en precisie van het domein. De lange afdronk wordt gedragen door een mooie spanning en een verfijnde balans. Zoals alle wijnen van Weinbach wordt deze Pinot Gris gevinifieerd met minimale interventie, zachte persing en een lange rijping die de authenticiteit van het fruit en het terroir maximaal respecteert. Serveer op 10 à 12°C bij gevogelte, romige visgerechten, kalfsvlees of verfijnde gerechten met paddenstoelen. Deze Pinot Gris combineert onmiddellijk drinkplezier met voldoende structuur voor verdere evolutie op fles en zal liefhebbers van rijke, gastronomische Elzaswijnen zeker bekoren.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
