Als je verdejo zegt, zeg je Rueda. En dit is een van de beste Rueda Verdejo in zijn prijsklasse. Bodegas Naia is gevestigd in het dorpje La Seca, dat wordt beschouwd als de Grand Cru van de Rueda. Deze Naia is fris, fruitig en bloemig, maar ook rond en complex, dankzij de 4 maanden rijping sur lie en de 15% opvoeding op hout.In Rueda voelt verdejo zich helemaal thuis en laat hij zich van zijn beste kant zien. En Eugenio Calleja, een van de meest prestigieuze oenologen van Spanje, maakt een heerlijke verfrissende Verdejo. Hij werkt bijna alleen met oude wijnstokken, die de beste druiven voortbrengen. Na de oogst worden deze zorgvuldig geselecteerd en ontsteeld. Voor ze worden geperst ondergaan de druiven acht uur schilinweking. Het contact van het sap met de druivenschillen zorgt voor maximale frisheid en smaak. De wijn wordt voor 85% vergist op roestvrijstaal en voor 15% op Frans eiken. Typerend voor deze mooie Naia is de rijping sur lie gedurende vier maanden. Die zorgt voor dikte en structuur. La Seca is een dorp in het hart van de Rueda, dat voor het grootste deel bedekt is met wijngaarden. Het wordt ook wel de Grand Cru van de Rueda genoemd. Het is de perfecte plek voor de verdejo, een druif die wel houdt van een uitdaging. De wijnstokken van Bodegas Naia zijn aangeplant op kalk-kleigrond bedekt met zanderige klei en keien. Ze groeien op een hoogte van 750 tot 800 meter, waardoor de temperatuurverschillen extreem zijn. Soms zit er wel 50 graden verschil tussen zomer en winter. Dat zorgt voor een mooie balans tussen zuren en alcohol.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
