Viña Salceda Reserva komt uit Elciego in de Rioja Alavesa, een subregio die bekendstaat om haar elegante, verfijnde wijnen. Deze Reserva is een klassieke Rioja met een tijdloos karakter: intens, complex en harmonieus, met de finesse die voortkomt uit zowel de hoogte van de wijngaarden als de lange rijping op hout en fles. In het glas toont de wijn een medium kersenrode kleur. De neus is expressief en gelaagd, met aroma’s van kersen en verse pruimen, subtiel verweven met kruidige toetsen en een romige achtergrond van de houtlagering. In de mond is hij intens en rond, met gepolijste tannines die zachtheid en structuur combineren. De smaak is sappig en vol, met een lange, omhullende afdronk die de complexiteit van de wijn onderstreept. De vinificatie gebeurt op basis van proefcriteria: na een maceratie van ongeveer drie weken wordt de wijn via zwaartekracht overgebracht naar de ondergrondse kelders. Daar rijpt hij 18 maanden in Franse en Amerikaanse eiken barriques, gevolgd door 12 maanden rust op de fles, wat zorgt voor verfijning, stabiliteit en een perfect geïntegreerd houtprofiel. Serveer op 16–18°C. Uitstekend bij lamsvlees, gegrild rood vlees, stoofgerechten, wild, rijpe kazen en rijke mediterrane gerechten. Zijn elegante structuur maakt hem ook ideaal voor verfijnde gastronomische combinaties.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
