Smaak en karakter
Marese is het resultaat van Rivera’s ambitie om een zuivere, monocepage expressie van Bombino Bianco te creëren. Deze druif, die traditioneel vaak in blends wordt gebruikt, toont hier haar volledige persoonlijkheid: rijp, levendig en tegelijk opvallend fris. Afkomstig uit het noordelijke deel van de Castel del Monte appellatie, weerspiegelt deze wijn het kalkrijke terroir van Andria en het mediterrane karakter van het landschap. In het glas schittert Marese met een groen getinte strogele kleur. De neus opent met een fris, fruitig bouquet met uitgesproken tonen van frise appel met een zilte ondertoon. De smaak is fruit gedreven en uitstekend in balans, gedragen door een levendige, tintelende zuurtegraad die de wijn een bijzonder fijn en elegant karakter geeft. Na een zachte persing volgt een fermentatie van 9–10 dagen bij gecontroleerde temperatuur in roestvrijstalen cuves. Aansluitend rijpt de wijn 2–3 maanden sur lie in inox, wat hem extra rijkdom en complexiteit geeft, gevolgd door een korte rustperiode op fles. Serveer Marese op 8–10°C, ideaal bij zeevruchten, oesters, visgerechten, lichte pasta’s en gevogelte. Zijn frisse, levendige karakter maakt hem een perfecte begeleider van mediterrane voorgerechten en verfijnde aperitiefmomenten.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
