Ricasoli 1141 Torricella Toscana IGT 2024 — wit
Smaak en karakter
Torricella vangt de essentie van heuvelachtig Toscane in een glas. Deze 100% Chardonnay komt van een 3,4 ha-groot perceel op 400–500 m hoogte, aangeplant in 2003 op goed gedraineerde Macigno-bodems. Het koelere klimaat en de grote dag-nachttemperatuurverschillen geven de wijn zijn knapperige frisheid en aromatische diepgang. De wijn rijpt 10 maanden ‘sur lie’ in geselecteerde barriques (20% nieuw hout), met regelmatige bâtonnages en een spontane, gedeeltelijke malolactische gisting voor extra frisheid en textuur. In het glas glanst hij licht strogeel. De neus onthult nuances van witte bloemen, rijpe peer en citrus, omlijst door subtiele vanille- en briochetonen. In de mond is hij strak en elegant, met een fijne, knapperige aciditeit, een minerale ondertoon en een zachte, romige afdronk. Heerlijk bij gegrilde coquilles, milde kazen, romige risotto of simpelweg als verfijnd aperitief.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
