Raventós i Blanc Blanc de Blancs ontspruit in Vinya del Llac, een historisch noordelijk gelegen perceel in Penedès. De kleihoudende bodems geven water langzaam vrij tijdens het groeiseizoen, terwijl het kalkrijke substraat bezaaid met keien de vochtreserve beperkt. Dankzij het nabijgelegen meer blijft het klimaat gematigd en rijpen de druiven langzaam en gelijkmatig. Deze mousserende cuvée verenigt de inheemse variëteiten Macabeu, Xarel·lo en Parellada, verrijkt met een vleugje zeldzame Malvasia de Sitges uit eigen wijngaard. Elke druifsoort ondergaat een aparte fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks om de puurheid van het fruit te bewaren. Vervolgens krijgt de wijn een tweede gisting op fles volgens de méthode traditionnelle, waarna een langdurig rijpingsproces sur lattes een fluweelzachte mousse en gelaagde complexiteit oplevert. Bij het inschenken toont Blanc de Blancs een bleke strogele tint met een constante stroom van fijne, elegante belletjes. De neus ontvouwt fris-fruitige aroma’s van groene appel en sappige peer, afgewisseld met levendige citruszesten en een hint van witte bloemen. Deze geuren staan garant voor een zuivere, uitnodigende eerste indruk. In de mond combineert de wijn een sprankelende zuurgraad met een subtiele, ziltige mineraliteit die doet denken aan zeewind over kalksteen. Een zachte briochetoets, ontwikkeld tijdens het rijpen sur lattes verlengt de afdronk op een fijne, verfrissende manier en benadrukt de elegantie van elke slok. Blanc de Blancs schittert zowel als aperitief tijdens een feestelijk moment, als in combinatie met oesters besprenkeld met citroen, verfijnde ceviches of lichte sushi. Zijn pure frisheid en minerale karakter maken van dit sprankelende juweel een perfecte uitnodiging om te proosten op het leven.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
