Een van de bekendste vins doux naturels komt uit Banyuls. Hier heeft M.Chapoutier zijn “Bila-haut Rimage”, waarbij rimage verwijst naar naar uiterst goede wijnjaar. Met de 2-4 weken durende maceratie van 100% grenache noir verkrijgt men een diep intense ruby-kleurige wijn. Door de alcohol-toevoeging tijdens de vergisting, zal de vergisting vanzelf stoppen en blijf er restsuiker aanwezig wat de wijn zoet maakt. De wijn gaat daarna voor zo’n 8 maanden op vat. Vooraleer de wijn uitgegeven wordt gaat deze nog 3 maand op fles rusten. De wijn heeft een intense granaatrode kleur en een neus met aroma’s van zwarte vruchten, rode bessen en cacao. De smaak is rijk en fluweelzacht, met een perfecte balans tussen zoetheid en tannines en een lange, decadente afdronk. De rijping gebeurt in vaten en een reductieve omgeving, wat de wijn zijn unieke karakter geeft. Perfect bij chocoladedesserts of blauwe kazen.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
