Mérula Grand de Bruges Johanniter 2024 — wit

Mérula Grand de Bruges Johanniter is een frisse, terroir gerichte Belgische witte wijn uit Oostkamp, gemaakt van 100% Johanniter. De wijngaarden met een noord-zuidoriëntatie en een hoge plantdichtheid leveren rijpe, aromatische druiven die samen een elegante, precieze stijl opleveren met duidelijke gastronomische kenmerken. In het glas toont de wijn een helder, licht strogele kleur met een frisse glans. De neus opent met groene appel, zeste van citrus en lichte florale tonen, aangevuld met een subtiele minerale ondertoon. In de mond is de stijl zuiver en levendig: een fijne textuur, frisse zuurgraad en een droge afdronk dankzij lage restsuiker maken dit een toegankelijke maar karaktervolle witte wijn. De vinificatie start met een zorgvuldige volle trospersing de eerste gisting en rijping verlopen volledig in roestvrij staal om maximale aromatische zuiverheid te bewaren. De wijn onderging cross flow filtering en is gebotteld in een klassieke Bordeauxfles met schroefdop, wat de frisheid en puurheid extra benadrukt. Serveer op 12–14°C. Heerlijk als aperitief en een uitstekende match bij zeevruchten, lichte visgerechten, geitenkaas, asperges en frisse salades, ideaal voor seizoensgebonden en gastronomische gerechten.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
