Mérula Brut de Bruges Tradition is een verfijnde Belgische (BelBul) mousserende wijn uit Oostkamp, gemaakt van Johanniter en Auxerrois. De wijngaarden met een noord-zuidoriëntatie geven druiven met frisse zuren en een duidelijke minerale inslag het koele microklimaat zorgt voor een elegante, precieze stijl met gastronomische mogelijkheden. In het glas toont deze Brut een heldere, licht goudgele kleur met fijne, aanhoudende pareling. De neus opent met citrus, groene appel en witte bloemen, aangevuld met subtiele brioche tonen van de rijping op de lies. In de mond is de wijn fris en strak, met een levendige zuurgraad (en een minerale, verfrissende afdronk de dosage van 6 g/l zorgt voor een perfecte balans tussen frisheid en rondheid. De vinificatie start met zachte persing van volle trossen de eerste gisting gebeurt in roestvrij staal voor maximale aromatische zuiverheid. De cuvée rijpte 24 maanden sur lattes en onderging een zorgvuldige filtering via cross flow de combinatie van inox en gecontroleerde rijping levert zowel frisheid als subtiele complexiteit. Serveer deze Brut op 12–14°C. Perfect als aperitief en uitstekend bij oesters, verfijnde visgerechten, ceviche of lichte zeevruchten ook een elegante match bij zachte kazen en feestelijke hapjes. Een ideale keuze voor liefhebbers van verfijnde Belgische mousserende wijnen en voor gastronomische gelegenheden.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
