Campofiorin Rosso Verona IGT is een iconische, krachtige fruit gedreven rode wijn uit Verona die de traditie van Valpolicella verbindt met de rijkdom van appassimento techniek. Masi ontwikkelde Campofiorin in 1964 en maakte er een stijl van die tussen een frisse Valpolicella en een volwaardige Amarone staat, vaak omschreven als de klassieke "baby Amarone" vanwege zijn geconcentreerde smaak en soepele, rijpe tannines. In het glas toont Campofiorin een diepe robijnrode kleur met intense kersen en bessentonen. De neus opent met rijk, rijp rood en donker fruit, ondersteund door zachte kruidigheid en subtiele chocolade en vanilleaccenten. In de mond is de structuur vol en rond, met een stevige maar elegante body, soepele tannines en een aanhoudende, fruit gedreven afdronk. De wijn ontstaat door een fijne toepassing van appassimento en ripasso achtige principes: verse vergisting van Corvina, Rondinella en Molinara waarna herfermentatie plaatsvindt met een percentage semi gedroogde druiven. Dit levert extra concentratie, diepte en zachtheid zonder de toegankelijkheid te verliezen. Het resultaat is een harmonieuze balans tussen kracht en drinkbaarheid. Campofiorin is veelzijdig aan tafel: perfect bij rijkere pastagerechten met tomatensaus, gestoofd vlees, gegrilde lamskarbonades en gerijpte kazen. Serveer op 16–18 °C om de aroma’s volledig tot ontplooiing te laten komen. Voor wie op zoek is naar een mediterrane maaltijdwijn met zowel karakter als direct plezier, biedt Campofiorin de ideale mix van intensiteit en finesse.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
