Smaak en karakter
Marqués de Irún komt uit het hart van Rueda, dé bakermat van de Verdejo druif. Deze wijn is een authentieke expressie van zijn oorsprong: fris, intens en puur, met een stijl die zowel modern als geworteld in traditie aanvoelt. Afkomstig van oude wijngaarden op 750 meter hoogte, vat hij de zonnige dagen en koele nachten van Castilla y León perfect samen in een glas. In de neus toont hij een uitgesproken aromatisch profiel met tonen van ananas, papaja en passievrucht, aangevuld met hints van venkel, anijs en fijne kruiden. In het glas schittert hij strogeel met subtiel groene reflecties. De smaak is fris en sappig, halfvol van structuur en gedragen door een mooie, levendige zuurtegraad. Het mondgevoel is tegelijk elegant en licht vlezig, met een perfect droge finale. De vinificatie is volledig gericht op finesse en textuur: de wijn wordt gemaakt van meer dan 40 jaar oude Verdejo stokken en rijpt drie maanden “sur lie”. Die lagering op de fijne gist geeft hem zijn zachte rondheid, extra diepgang en verfijnde structuur. Serveer Marqués de Irún idealiter tussen 7–9°C. Hij past schitterend bij mediterrane gerechten zoals Spaanse rijstschotels, witte vis, zeevruchten, gegrilde groenten en lichte tapas.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
