Chassagne Montrachet van Domaine Chanson komt van zes zorgvuldig beheerde percelen in het hart van het dorp, grenzend aan de Premiers Crus en ideaal georiënteerd naar zuid oost en zuid west. De klei , zand en lössrijke bodems geven deze Chardonnay een combinatie van rijpheid en verfijnde structuur een representatieve village expressie met de elegantie die bij Chassagne hoort. In het glas toont de wijn een bleke, goudgele kleur met een subtiele glans. De neus opent fris en bloemig, met duidelijke tonen van steenfruit en citrus, aangevuld door fijne vanille en houtnuances. In de mond is de textuur compact en precies: zuiver fruit, een mooie spanning en een geïntegreerde houttoets die de complexiteit verhoogt zonder de frisheid te overstemmen de afdronk blijft lang en verfrissend. De vinificatie combineert traditionele zorg met moderne precisie: handoogst, hele tros persing en koele fermentatie in eiken vaten om aromatische frisheid te bewaren. De wijn rijpt circa 10 maanden op fijne lies, deels in inox en deels in Franse eiken waardoor structuur en rondeur ontstaan met behoud van terroir expressie. Serveer op 10–12 °C. Een elegante begeleider van foie gras, gegrilde vis, fijne schaal en schelpdieren, lichte witte vleessoorten en karaktervolle regionale kazen.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
