Uit wijngaarden die Kettmeir zelf omschrijft als “a slap in the face to logic and a kiss to the earth” komen deze levendige mousserende wijnen, geboren op de middelhoge heuvels van Oltre adige en Bassa Atesina (450–700 m). Hier, op bodems van kalkrijke oorsprong met een stevige kleifractie en afzettingen van Schiefer, vinden Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay en Pinot Noir hun perfecte balans tussen frisheid en rijpheid. De druiven worden handmatig geoogst in september, waarna de basiswijn enkele maanden op de fijne gisten rust in roestvrij staal. Vervolgens wordt de liqueur de tirage toegevoegd en ondergaat de wijn een tweede gisting op fles bij 10–12 °C. Een rijping van gemiddeld 24 maanden op de gisten geeft de wijn zijn verfijnde mousse en gelaagde aroma’s. In het glas schittert Athesis Brut met fijne, aanhoudende bubbels. De neus opent met frisse fruittonen, subtiel verweven met een vleugje gist. In de mond is hij droog, levendig en elegant, met een lange, zuivere afdronk en een delicate hint van broodkorst. Ideaal als aperitief, maar ook een vrolijke begeleider van lichte voorgerechten en pure vis- en zeevruchtgerechten.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
