Champagne Henriot Brut Souverain is de iconische cuvée van Maison Henriot, geboren in 1808 uit de ambitie van Apolline Henriot om het karakter van haar crus te vangen en te bewaren. Door jaarlijks wijnen opzij te zetten, schiep zij de basis voor een meesterlijk huwelijk tussen meerdere oogstjaren. Brut Souverain vertelt het verhaal van 29 verschillende cru’s in één glas, waarin traditie en terroir samenkomen met ongeëvenaarde precisie. Deze Brut Souverain is een multi-cru, multi-vintage blend van de drie belangrijkste Champagnedruiven: 50 % Pinot Noir, 45 % Chardonnay en 5 % Meunier. De cuvée bestaat voor 50–70 % uit het jaarwijn (basiscuvée) en voor 30–50 % uit réservewijnen, aangevuld met de eigen réserve de lutte. Na minstens drie jaar rijping sur lattes en een dosage van maximaal 5 g/L ontvouwt zich een verfijnde complexiteit die zowel kracht als finesse uitstraalt. In het glas schittert Brut Souverain met een bleke, licht gouden tint en een aanhoudende stroom van uiterst fijne parels. De neus ontvouwt een rijk palet aan aroma’s: frisse citrustoetsen en zacht gebakken cake worden gevolgd door rokerige nuances die overgaan in pure krijtige mineraliteit, terwijl steenfruit en rode besjes voor extra diepgang zorgen. In de mond is de aanzet vol en soepel, met een mooie ronding én een strakke, lange frisheid die uitnodigt tot een volgende slok. Serveer Champagne Henriot Brut Souverain op 9–12 °C als verfijnd aperitief of combineer hem met zeevruchten, gerookte zalm en lichte visgerechten. Ook bij oesters, sushi of zachte kazen vormt hij een elegante begeleider.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
