Gosset Celebris 2012 is een uitzonderlijke millésime die de essentie van de huisstijl van Champagne Gosset weerspiegelt. Deze prestigieuze cuvée wordt uitsluitend geproduceerd in oogstjaren die beantwoorden aan de hoge eisen van het huis en is een eerbetoon aan tijd, precisie en elegantie. De jaargang 2012 onderscheidt zich door zijn opmerkelijke frisheid, finesse en bewaarpotentieel, verpakt in een luxueuze coffret dat de exclusiviteit van deze cuvée extra onderstreept. In het glas presenteert deze champagne zich met een heldere goudgele kleur en een fijne, kristalheldere mousse. De neus opent met verfijnde aroma's van rijpe peer, zoete sinaasappel en grapefruit. Naarmate de wijn zich verder ontwikkelt komen delicate tonen van peren-amandeltaart naar voren. De aanzet in de mond is fris en precies, met toetsen van citrus en vanillebloesem die evolueren naar nuances van kruisbes, framboos en rode kersen. De structuur combineert diepte, spanning en een prachtige dichtheid, met een lange en harmonieuze afdronk. Deze cuvée is samengesteld uit 70% Chardonnay en 30% Pinot Noir. De wijn wordt gevinifieerd zonder malolactische gisting om de natuurlijke frisheid van het fruit te behouden. Vervolgens rijpt hij meer dan tien jaar op de gistresten, waarna de flessen na dégorgement nog een bijkomende rustperiode krijgen om de dosage perfect te integreren en extra complexiteit te ontwikkelen. Serveer tussen 10 en 12°C. Gosset Celebris 2012 komt volledig tot zijn recht als gastronomisch aperitief en vormt een uitstekende combinatie met zeebaars in zoutkorst, zeeduivel, gestoomde visgerechten of verfijnde creaties met citrusaccenten en exotische kruiden. Een champagne voor kenners en liefhebbers van grote millésimes die op zoek zijn naar puurheid, elegantie en diepgang. Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
