Gold of Mauritius Emerald Edition is een verfijnde, vijf jaar gerijpte premium rum afkomstig uit Pamplemousses, het historische hart van Mauritius. Deze expressie maakt deel uit van de prestigieuze Heritage Selection, een reeks die hulde brengt aan de rijke rum traditie van het eiland. De Emerald Edition onderscheidt zich door zijn elegante, rijpe karakter en zijn subtiele verwijzingen naar het tropische terroir waaruit hij voortkomt. Het is een spirit die de essentie van Mauritius vangt: warm, gelaagd en doordrenkt met cultuur. In het glas toont deze rum een heldere amberkleur met gouden reflecties. De neus opent met een verfijnde hint van perzik, aangevuld met tonen van geroosterde noten en een zachte, moutige ondertoon. In de mond presenteert de Emerald Edition zich rijk en harmonieus, met een complexe structuur waarin mout, subtiel geïntegreerd hout en een vleugje fruit elegant samenkomen. De afdronk is uitzonderlijk zacht, rond en opmerkelijk lang, het resultaat van zorgvuldige rijping. De Emerald Edition is een blend van rums die tot vijf jaar hebben gerijpt in verschillende vaten, waaronder Zuid Afrikaanse wijnvaten die zorgen voor extra diepgang en aromatische finesse. De tweede rijping verfijnt de textuur en brengt de moutige signatuur volledig tot zijn recht. Het domein werkt zonder koude filtratie, waardoor de natuurlijke aroma’s en het volle mondgevoel behouden blijven. Serveer deze rum bij voorkeur op 18–20°C, puur of met een druppel water om de aroma’s te openen. Hij combineert prachtig met donkere chocolade, desserts op basis van karamel of koffie, geroosterde noten en rijke patisserie. Dankzij zijn zachte, meditatieve stijl is het bovendien een ideale sipping rum voor rustige avonden waarop je de tijd wil nemen om elke laag te ontdekken.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
