Een complexe krachtpatser uit Burgenland, gemaakt van biologisch geteelde Blaufränkisch op kalkrijke leembodems met onderliggende zandsteen. Deze wijn is puur terroir: intens, gelaagd en elegant gespierd. De 25 jaar oude stokken geven druiven met diepte, structuur en finesse. De druiven werden met de hand geoogst en vergisten 40 dagen op de schillen in open houten vaten van 500 liter. Tijdens deze langzame extractie werd de chapeau met de hand ondergedompeld, old school, maar met resultaat. Na het persen rijpte de wijn 30 maanden in houten vaten en werd gebotteld in oktober 2023. In het glas: diepdonker robijn met paarse reflectie en een gesloten kern. De neus is rijk: rijpe zwarte kers, braambes, subtiele toetsen van tabak, kruiden en elegante houttonen. In de mond: sappig, krachtig en perfect in balans, rijpe kers, kruiden en fijnkorrelige tannines. De finish is ziltig-mineraal met een verbluffende lengte.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
