Deze Pernand Vergelesses Premier Cru Clos du Village is een grote witte Bourgogne van Domaine Rapet Père & Fils, afkomstig van een uitzonderlijk perceel in het hart van het dorp Pernand Vergelesses. Na tien jaar onderzoek en bodemanalyses werd dit climat officieel erkend als Premier Cru vanaf de oogst 2000, als beloning voor het kwaliteitswerk van de lokale wijnbouwers. De wijngaard is een volledig door het domein geoogst monopole, discreet ommuurd en perfect gelegen vlak bij de kerk, met een zachte helling, ondiepe bodems en een bijzonder gunstige expositie waarin Chardonnay optimaal tot expressie komt. In het glas toont de wijn zich helder en expressief. De neus is fruitig en aromatisch, met een duidelijke rijkdom en intensiteit. In de mond is de wijn vol en krachtig, met een ronde, vlezige textuur en een uitgesproken aromatische diepgang. De structuur is breed en evenwichtig, met een genereuze stijl die zowel in zijn jeugd charmeert als bij verdere rijping aan complexiteit wint. De druiven worden met de hand geoogst en in kleine kistjes aangevoerd om ze intact te houden. De persing gebeurt met een pneumatische pers en duurt ongeveer twee uur, waarbij hele trossen worden geperst. Na een rustperiode van 24 uur fermenteert het sap in eiken vaten, waarvan 30% nieuw hout. De wijn rijpt vervolgens op de fijne lies met bâtonnage en wordt na twaalf maanden opvoeding gebotteld. Deze wijn komt het best tot zijn recht bij een serveertemperatuur rond 12 °C. Hij begeleidt met plezier visgerechten, wit vlees en kazen, in het bijzonder een fruitige Comté. Een rijke en karaktervolle Premier Cru voor liefhebbers van krachtige maar evenwichtige witte Bourgogne, ideaal om jong te drinken of om te laten rijpen voor extra diepgang.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
