Les Croix Noires Pommard 1er Cru van Domaine de Courcel komt van een compact, karaktervol perceel van 0,58 ha, gelegen onderaan Rugiens en aansluitend aan Les Frémiers. Het domein bezit meer dan de helft van de totale oppervlakte van deze Clos. De wijngaard, met ongeveer veertig jaar oude stokken en een oost westoriëntatie, staat op een diepere, roodbruine kalkrijke bodem (±0,8 m) die meer klei bevat dan de naburige percelen en wijnen met extra structuur en concentratie voortbrengt. In het glas toont deze Pommard een diepe robijnrode kleur met een mooie intensiteit. De neus is krachtig en rijp, met dominante aroma’s van zeer rijpe zwarte kers, donkere bessen en subtiele kruidige accenten. In de mond valt de wijn op door zijn stevige structuur: geconcentreerd fruit, duidelijke maar verfijnde tannines en een lange, warme afdronk die de rijpheid en terroir expressie benadrukt. De vinificatie is gericht op precisie en respect voor het fruit: zorgvuldige selectie van de beste trossen, gecontroleerde maceratie en rijping die de concentratie en tannines in balans houden zonder de finesse te verliezen. De aanpak benadrukt de natuurlijke kracht van de klei rijke bodem en de ouderdom van de stokken. Serveer op 15°C. Deze Les Croix Noires past uitstekend bij geroosterd rood vlees, langzaam gegaard wild, rijke stoofschotels en rijpere kazen ook bijzonder geslaagd bij gerechten met geconcentreerde, hartige sauzen die de zwarte kerstonen complementeren.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
