Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières komt van een uitzonderlijk klein perceel (0,3 ha) nabij de grote crus van Montrachet. De zuidoostelijke ligging en de kalk , merger en lössrijke bodems geven deze Premier Cru een verfijnde mineraliteit en een natuurlijke concentratie een wijn die zowel precisie als breedte toont en de typische grandeur van Puligny weet te combineren met grote zuiverheid. In het glas presenteert de wijn zich met een bleke, goudgele kleur. De neus is elegant en complex: frisse bloemtonen, peer en witte perzik worden vergezeld door citrus tonen en een fijn, steenachtig mineraal accent. In de mond is hij zuiver en gelaagd, met een precieze zuurgraad, een rijke textuur en een indrukwekkende lengte de balans tussen frisheid, concentratie en subtiel geïntegreerd hout geeft de wijn zowel finesse als diepgang. De vinificatie volgt een klassieke, zorgvuldige aanpak: handoogst, hele tros persing en fermentatie op lage temperatuur in eiken vaten (15–20 dagen) om complexiteit en aromatische frisheid te bewaren. De wijn rijpte 16 maanden op fijne lies, met een klein aandeel nieuwe vaten die structuur en een elegante vanille toets toevoegt zonder de terroir expressie te overstemmen. Serveer op 10–12 °C. Uitstekend bij foie gras, fijne schaal en schelpdieren, licht aangebakken coquilles, verfijnde visgerechten en karaktervolle regionale kazen zoals Comté of Cîteaux.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
