Deze Cava Mont Ferrant Brut L’Americano komt uit de Cava streek in Catalonië en presenteert zich als een moderne, levendige mousserende wijn met een fris en fruitig karakter. Gemaakt om direct te genieten, biedt hij een uitnodigende combinatie van sprankelende frisheid en zachte ronding, waardoor hij zowel bij informele gelegenheden als bij feestelijke momenten goed tot zijn recht komt. In het glas toont hij een helder strogeel met fijne, aanhoudende mousse. De neus opent met frisse citrus en rijp wit fruit, aangevuld door subtiele bloemige tonen. Op het palet is hij fris en fruitig, met een levendige zuurgraad die de smaak in balans houdt en een zachte, aanhoudende afdronk die uitnodigt tot een volgende slok. De vinificatie volgt de klassieke methode voor Cava: zachte persing, gecontroleerde vergisting en zorgvuldige assemblage om de frisse fruitaroma’s te bewaren. De tweede gisting op fles zorgt voor de fijne mousse en de verfijnde textuur. Serveer op 6 a 8 graden en past uitstekend als aperitief combineert bijzonder goed met zeevruchten, lichte visgerechten, tapas en zachte kazen.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
