Smaak en karakter
In de hooggelegen wijngaarden van het Montmell gebergte (400–600?m) ontstaat La Rosa, een rosé op basis van Sumoll (60%) en Xarel·lo (40%). De druiven komen van kalkrijke, stenige bodems en worden volledig biologisch geteeld in een mediterraan bergklimaat. Deze rosé weerspiegelt de pure elegantie van het Penedès, met een expressie die zowel delicaat als intens is. De stijl is licht, verfijnd en transparant naar het terroir, met een florale en minerale ondertoon. Achter zijn fragiele kleur gaat een wijn schuil met persoonlijkheid, finesse en een directe charme, de perfecte belichaming van “la vie en rose”. In het glas toont La Rosa een bleke, bijna dromerige tint. De neus onthult bloemige aroma’s, tonen van steenfruit, frambozen en vooral rozenblaadjes. In de mond is hij zuiver, lichtvoetig maar smaakvol, met een frisse, energieke kern en een subtiele mineraliteit die lang blijft nazinderen. Serveer goed gekoeld rond 8–10?°C. Heerlijk bij zomerse salades, sashimi, gegrilde groenten, mediterrane visgerechten of lichte tapas.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
