Viña Tondonia Reserva is een van de meest iconische wijnen uit Haro, in de Rioja Alta, afkomstig van een van de oudste en meest traditionele bodegas van Spanje. Viña Tondonia Reserva wordt gemaakt van een klassieke blend van Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano en Mazuelo. Deze klassieke Rioja wordt uitsluitend gemaakt in de historische kelders van López de Heredia, waar lange rijping en ambachtelijke precisie centraal staan. Het resultaat is een tijdloze, elegante wijn met een uitgesproken traditionele signatuur. In het glas toont de wijn een levendig robijnrood dat subtiel neigt naar amber aan de rand. De neus is verfijnd en complex, met aroma’s van vanille, gedroogde bessen, kruiden, tabak en een vleugje bosgrond. In de mond is hij rijk, soepel en volledig ontwikkeld, gedragen door een levendige zuurgraad die spanning en frisheid toevoegt. De tannines zijn perfect geïntegreerd en de afdronk is lang, harmonieus en doordrenkt met subtiele houttonen en kruidige finesse. De vinificatie volgt de klassieke methode van het huis: fermentatie in grote houten kuipen, gevolgd door een uitzonderlijk lange rijping van zes jaar in grote eiken vaten, waarbij de wijn tweemaal per jaar wordt overgestoken en geklaard met verse eiwitten. Daarna rust hij nog jarenlang op fles in de ondergrondse kelders voordat hij wordt vrijgegeven. Serveer op 18–20°C. Uitstekend bij lamsbout, geroosterd rood vlees, wildgerechten, stoofpotten en gerijpte kazen ook een perfecte partner voor traditionele Spaanse keuken en elegante gastronomische bereidingen. Een wijn voor liefhebbers van klassieke, lang gerijpte Rioja’s met diepgang, finesse en authenticiteit, nu al prachtig op dronk, maar met een indrukwekkend bewaarpotentieel.

In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free.
