De Belgian Owl New Make Spirit is de puurste weergave van het Hesbaye-terroir, gemaakt van gerst en water van de lokale bron. Dit ongeëvenaarde graanwater wordt volgens traditionele methodes in de Belgian Owl Distillery in Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher gedistilleerd in een dubbele pot still, zonder enige vatrijping. Hierdoor blijft het karakter van de ongerepte granen volledig behouden. Op de neus ervaar je subtiele tonen van mout, versgebakken brood en korte koekjes, die zich openbaren als een ode aan de kern van het graan. Naarmate de spirit zich verder ontwikkelt, komen frisse, fruitige hints van rijpe peren, kweepeer en cider naar voren, verfijnd afnemend in een echo van vers gemaaid gras. In de mond onthult deze spirit een aangename zoetheid, gekenmerkt door een rijke, olieachtige textuur en een groeiende ontwikkeling van de fruitige tonen uit de boomgaard. Deze New Make Spirit, gebotteld op 46% vol in een 50 cl fles, is nooit in vaten gelegd en wordt dan ook niet ‘whisky’ genoemd, maar blijft een authentieke, ongerijpte single malt spirit. Een spannende ontdekking voor zowel de traditionele liefhebber als voor de avontuurlijke geest die het verhaal van Hesbaye wil proeven.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
