Smaak en karakter
Deze Langhe Nebbiolo is een pure en eerlijke expressie van Nebbiolo uit Castiglione Falletto en Serralunga d’Alba. Afkomstig van gemiddeld twintig jaar oude wijnstokken en gelegen op witte kalkrijke bodems op 600 meter hoogte, toont deze wijn het ras in zijn meest directe en toegankelijke vorm. Het is een elegante introductie tot de stijl en finesse van Barolo, met onmiddellijke drinkbaarheid. In het glas straalt hij met een heldere, briljante robijnrode kleur. De neus is verfijnd en levendig, met florale tonen van violet en frisse aroma’s van kers, aardbei, framboos en rode bes. In de mond is de wijn sappig en energiek, gedragen door frisse zuren, zuiver rood fruit en een lichte, verkwikkende spanning die het geheel bijzonder aantrekkelijk maakt. De vinificatie duurt ongeveer tien dagen bij gecontroleerde temperatuur, gevolgd door een bewuste rijping uitsluitend op roestvrij staal. Deze keuze benadrukt de variëteitskenmerken van Nebbiolo en bewaart de frisheid, precisie en aromatische helderheid van het fruit. Serveer bij voorkeur rond 16–18?°C. Ideaal bij charcuterie, vitello tonnato, pasta met lichte vleessauzen, gevogelte of verfijnde vegetarische gerechten. Deze wijn is perfect voor liefhebbers die Nebbiolo in zijn jeugdige, pure vorm willen ontdekken: nu bijzonder charmant en toegankelijk, met voldoende structuur om nog enkele jaren mooi te rijpen.

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg: standard delivery €8; local collection point €5. Both options are free on orders of €75 or more. In-stock items: usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Backorders: usually 5–10 working days before dispatch, plus transit time. The estimated delivery date and available options are shown at checkout. Estonia: standard delivery €27, stated delivery time 1–3 working days. Other destinations: options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Payment by Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@ginwinkel.be or making another unambiguous statement. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back or return them to the shop. You pay the direct cost of returning goods by post; returning them to the shop is free. Please contact us about incorrectly supplied or defective products.
Unused, unopened products may be exchanged free of charge in the shop with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. Statutory exceptions continue to apply; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected.
